The Recruitment Campaign begins
On receiving the signed T&Cs the recruitment campaign will immediately commence.
We do not just look to existing candidates, we run a new advertising campaign each and every time. Our goal is to provide your company with the best candidate for the role. We tailor the advertising specifically for the role, including writing the job advertisement and any other social media content.
Regular Updates
We will update you regularly as we progress through the recruitment campaign.
Communication and transparency are important to us so we will let you know what is happening and provide feedback throughout the campaign.
We screen, interview and verify candidates
Once we have the top candidate/s ready for introductions, we will confirm a day and time around your availability to meet for the final interview. Before you meet with the candidate/s, we will provide you with a profile, interview responses, reference checks, any required licenses, certificates that have been verified.
Final Interview - You meet with the introduced candidate and decide
The final decision is yours, we work to introduce you to the best candidates and ensure they meet your requirements. We recommend completing your own final interview and checks in line with your company's recruitment policies and procedures before making a job offer to a candidate.
Job Offer
After the final decision is made by you, we will assist with confirming their acceptance of your employment offer including communication of offer, returning their signed employment agreement, confirming the agreed start date and any other requirements.
An invoice with be generated after the candidate has commenced in the position and the 3 month replacement guarantee* will commence.

Our Permanent Recruitment rates are calculated on the Total Annual Remuneration Package (includes superannuation, bonuses, allowances) with a 5 tier pricing structure, as below.

$ 2500.00 (Ex GST)
Between $50,001 - $70,000
$ 3500.00 (Ex GST)
Between $70,001 - $90,000
$ 4250.00 (Ex GST)
Between $90,001 - $110,000
$4750.00 (Ex GST)
