What to expect from our Permanent Recruitment Process

Step 1 - Initial Contact

Call or email us to discuss your recruitment needs, on 0452603180 or info@affordablerecruitmentservices.com.au

We will seek more information about the role and any specific requirements you have for the role including licenses, certificates, education, training, and other attributes.

Step 2 - Provide a Quote and our Terms and Conditions

We will send you a Quote and our Terms and Conditions, for you to review and we will respond to any additional questions you may have.

We have fixed pricing based on the Total Remuneration Package so there are no hidden fees or charges, the rates are all inclusive.

Step 3 - Recruitment Commencement

On receiving the signed T&Cs we will immediately commence the recruitment process commences.

We do not just look to existing candidates to introduce to you, we run a new campaign each and every time because our goal is to provide your company with the best candidate for the role.

We tailor the advertising of the role and social media content specifically for the role, including writing the job ad and any other content.

Step 4 - Updates

We will update you regularly as we progress through the recruitment campaign.

Communication and transparency are important to us so we will let you know what is happening and provide feedback throughout the campaign.

Step 5 - Introductions

Once we have the top candidates ready for introductions, we will confirm a day and time around your availability for you to meet directly with the top candidates for the final interview.

Before you meet with the candidates, we will provide you with their written profile, interview responses, reference checks, any required licenses, certificates etc.

Step 6 - You meet and you decide

The final decision is yours, we work to introduce you to the best candidates and ensure they meet your requirements.

We recommend completing your own final interview and checks in line with your company's recruitment policies and procedures before making a job offer to a candidate.

Step 7 - Letter of Offer

After the final decision is made by you, we will assist with:

confirming their acceptance of your offer
returning their signed employment contract
confirming the agreed start date
Any other particular requirements

An invoice with be generated after the candidate has commenced in the position and the 3 month replacement guarantee* commences. Conditions apply, see T&Cs.
