Absolutely NOT ! We run a full and complete campaign just like the more expensive agencies, the only difference is our service price. We will never cut corners and we will always endeavour to recommend to you only the top candidates, close enough is not good enough for us.
We will work until will do find you a suitable candidate and depending on your requirements this can take longer than others. We will also keep you updated on the progress for your recruitment campaign and during our initial consultation we will let you know if any of your wish list items may take longer to recruit for.
We understand that your circumstances may have changed for a number of reasons. All you have to do is let us know and we can put the recruitment campaign on hold. However, if you cancel the service after we have commenced the recruitment process because you engaged multiple recruitment providers or decided to promote internally, for example, then we do have a small cancellation fee, see T&Cs, which will cover our out of pocket expenses.
