We are based in North West Sydney but provide our recruitment service to all businesses, in all areas of NSW.

We have over 20 years experience recruiting internally for government, not for profits and private companies as well as externally as a recruitment consultant and service manager for many sectors and industries including retail, government, commercial, trade services, administration and transport to name a few.

How are your prices so low?

We are able to maintain a low price point because of several factors. These include we have minimal overheads , we are very efficient, we do not waste resources and we are not greedy. We believe in an honest days work and we charge accordingly.

Is the 3 month replacement guarantee really included in the price?

Yes, of course ! Our promise to you is honesty and transparency. If the person we recommend and introduce to you leaves within the first 3 months, we start the process again for you with NO extra charges. All we ask is that your invoice is paid within 14 days of the invoice date. See our T&Cs.

Do you really have no hidden fees or charges?

Yes, 100% !! There are no hidden costs associated with our services, you know what the cost will be upfront and nothing changes when the invoice arrives.

Will we get an inferior service because your so cheap?

Absolutely NOT ! We run a full and complete campaign just like the more expensive agencies, the only difference is our service price. We will never cut corners and we will always endeavour to recommend to you only the top candidates, close enough is not good enough for us.

What if you can't find a suitable candidate?

We will work until will do find you a suitable candidate and depending on your requirements this can take longer than others. We will also keep you updated on the progress for your recruitment campaign and during our initial consultation we will let you know if any of your wish list items may take longer to recruit for.

What if we cancel after you have started recruiting?

We understand that your circumstances may have changed for a number of reasons. All you have to do is let us know and we can put the recruitment campaign on hold. However, if you cancel the service after we have commenced the recruitment process because you engaged multiple recruitment providers or decided to promote internally, for example, then we do have a small cancellation fee, see T&Cs, which will cover our out of pocket expenses.
