We are employing Cleaners to complete general cleaning tasks that ensure a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment for vulnerable residents, staff and visitors for our Residential Aged Care and Nursing Home Clients.

Job Summary
- Casual
- 2 days (15hrs) 3 days (22.5hrs) or 5 days (37.5hrs) per week available.
- Pay rate/hour $36.09 + Superannuation.
Primary Duties:
- Clean and sanitise resident rooms, dining areas, common areas and mobility aids.
- Strictly follow facility protocols for handling infectious waste and managing contaminated linen.
- Restock amenities in private and communal bathrooms
- Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, and dust furniture
- Empty bins, manage biohazard containers, and handle sharps safely in accordance with facility guidelines
Selection Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of WHS requirements including proper handling and dilution of commercial cleaning chemicals and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transport and a licence
- Be able to provide or willingness to undergo, a NDISWC or National Criminal History Check
- Evidence of mandatory vaccinations (such as annual influenza and COVID-19)
